Alison's Story

Alison has spent the past five years in the fitness industry, building on a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. Her interest in coaching hockey teams and playing the sport herself naturally led her to explore the complexities of anatomy and physiology, which ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in Neuromuscular Therapy. Driven by a strong desire to help clients alleviate pain, recover effectively, and prevent future injuries, Alison developed a deep commitment to creating personalized recovery programs tailored to individual needs.

After becoming a certified Neuromuscular Therapist, Alison expanded her expertise by learning additional therapeutic techniques, including Myofascial Cupping, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Voodoo Flossing, Pilates, and more. Her goal is to address muscular imbalances and dysfunctions, restoring optimal function and promoting long-term well-being.

In her spare time, Alison is an avid gym-goer, traveler, and instructor of various fitness classes, including HIIT, BodyPump, Pilates, and Recovery Rooms. She is also the founder of Zen Wellness for Work, a corporate wellness company that offers a range of holistic services and educational seminars to enhance employee well-being.
