Aran's Philosophy

You at the centre. Every person is different, so treatment is built around your individual goals, needs, and what matters most to you.

Healthy habits for life. Supporting positive, sustainable habits that improve overall health, movement, and wellbeing.

Proven, effective care. Using up-to-date, evidence-based rehabilitation methods to help you recover safely and achieve the best possible results.

Aran's Story

Aran’s passion for physiotherapy developed through a background in competitive football, having previously played in the League of Ireland and represented Ireland at underage level. Experiencing injuries firsthand provided valuable insight into the physical and mental challenges of recovery and inspired a career dedicated to helping others return to full function, performance and healthy living.

Aran is a CORU registered physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation. With three years working in private practice, he has gained experience across a wide range of physiotherapy settings, including sports teams, sports rehabilitation, chronic conditions, and general aches and pains, treating individuals across all activity levels. Aran takes a strongly patient-centred, understanding approach grounded in evidence-based practice, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s goals, lifestyle, and needs.

Outside of clinical practice, Aran has a strong personal interest in sports, physical activity, and hiking. He finds great professional fulfilment in helping people return to — or maintain — the activities that are important to them, whether that is sport, fitness, or everyday movement. He is here to help manage pain and symptoms while guiding individuals of all levels safely and confidently back to their desired level of function and activity.
