Physio Strength Therapy offers challenging classes tailored to individuals with different needs, injuries, and fitness levels. Injury prevention and rehabilitation is at the forefront of our programmes. With a maximum of 6 people per class, you can expect adequate guidance, motivation, and individual attention. Note: Anyone new to resistance training and weights is required to do a 1-to-1 Exercise Assessment with one of our Coach Practitioners before all weights classes. This assessment appointment can be booked under the Personal Training section on our Treatment Services page.
