Our Functional Fitness class is our most high intensity class on the schedule. It is designed to challenge your endurance, strength, and mental grit through a combination of functional exercises and cardio-based challenges. You'll work through a series of stations that blend running with full-body movements such as rowing, burpees, and weighted carries—pushing your limits. If you're looking to level up your fitness, this session will build power, stamina, and resilience. Suitable for all levels, our expert coaches will guide you through each station, ensuring proper form and maximum performance. Get ready to test yourself, break barriers, and feel the rush of achievement!

For classes, bookings will be available up to 1 hour before the class start time. Cancellations can be made through the app up to 3 hours before the class start time. You will lose the session if you fail to cancel before this 3 hour window.
