Why PST?
At PST we treat the source of your pain, not just the symptom. We observe how you move, test your strength and mobility, and screen for any compensatory patterns that could be contributing to the problem. You'll then receive a detailed breakdown from the assessment so you leave your first appointment with more clarity about your body than ever before. The end goal is not just recovery. Our Services

Physiotherapy
Clinically proven and evidence based management of acute or chronic injuries or disabilities. We provide pain relief strategies, hands on treatment, and tailored exercise programmes to restore functional movement and strength. Our physiotherapists also offer a dedicated Injury Prevention Screening specifically for runners.

Massage Therapy
This hands on treatment option will promote recovery, relaxation and enhance your overall wellbeing in athletes or the general population. We offer pregnancy, deep tissue, sports massage, or gentle relaxation massage.
