Service Description

This class caters to people who are experiencing pain or limitations due to injuries, conditions, or aging, and who want to get their bodies moving again. We combine mobility and stretching movements with resistance training to help you build strength and confidence in your body. Physio-led coaching means that no matter your abilities, current pain or injury circumstances, you can be confident you will have a class that is both safe and challenges your current limitations. Classes are limited to six people to ensure you get the highest level of attention, and coaching.

Cancellation Policy

For classes, bookings will be available up to 1 hour before the class start time. Cancellations can be made through the app up to 3 hours before the class start time. You will lose the session if you fail to cancel before this 3 hour window.
