PHYSIO-LED FITNESS

Physio-Led Fitness Classes

We offer small group physio-led fitness classes that cater to up to six people. These classes are designed with a focus on building strength, fitness and mobility to create a well functioning body. Classes are for all levels of ability and fitness. Injury prevention and rehabilitation are at the forefront of our class and training programmes, which will always be coached by experienced physiotherapists, meaning you can be confident that you are in safe hands. Come and train with other like minded people and enjoy a fun and energetic class environment.

Physio-Led Starting Strength & Mobility Classes

We also offer small group physio-led Starting Strength & Mobility classes. This class caters to people who are experiencing pain or limitations due to injuries, conditions, or aging, and who want to get their bodies moving again. We combine mobility and stretching movements with resistance training to help you build strength and confidence in your body. Physio-led coaching means that no matter your abilities, current pain or injury circumstances, you can be confident you will have a class that is both safe and challenges your current limitations. Classes are limited to six people to ensure you get the highest level of attention, and coaching.
